Abstract:
Intentional replantation به عنوان یک روش درمانی، در زمانی که درمانهای معمولی و یا جراحی اندو قابل انجام نیستند، پذیرفته شده است. لکن در طی چند دهه اخیر در زمینه ارزش این درمان اختلاف نظراتی بوجود آمده است. این مقاله به مرور موارد تجویز و عدم تجویز، روش و عوامل موثر در موفقیت Intentional replantation خواهد پرداخت. بررسی این موضوع از آنجا مورد اهمیت قرار می گیرد که به نظر می رسد همکارانی مبادرت به انجام این درمان در بخشهای خصوصی می نمایند. که در این بین ممکن است مشکلاتی در تمام مراحل درمان اعم از تشخیص، روش درمان و پیگیری آن وجود داشته باشد که این مطلب می تواند راهگشای آنها در درمان هر چه بهتر و ارایه خدمت به جامعه گردد.
